    Active ingredients are extracts derived from:
    Ocimum sanctum (Basil) 15 mg,
    Adhatoda vasica (Vasaka) 10 mg,
    Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) 10 mg,
    Zingiber offiinale (Ginger) 10 mg,
    Emblica officinalis (Indian gooseberry) 10 mg.
    Excipients: qs

    Uneven colour, presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and insignificant unevenness of surface and edges of lozenges is permissible. Emergence of white coating is permissible.

    Pharmacological properties:
    Kofkich Lor herbal cough lozenges is a combination of herbal extracts having anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. The effects are due to the properties of its components. Extract of Ocimum sanctum (Basil) has expectorant, antipyretic and antiseptic properties, Extract of Adhtoda vasica (Vasaka) has mucolytic, expectorant and antispasmodic action, Extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) has anti-inflammatory, expectorant and antispasmodic action, Extract of Zingiber officinale(Ginger) has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties, Extract of Emblica officinalis (Indian Gooseberry) has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activity.

    Indications for use:
    Symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a dry cough (pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis)

    Hypersensitivity to the drug and its components.

    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Usage during pregnancy:
    Do not use the drug during pregnancy and breast-feeding (in the absence of clinical data).

    Information about the drug overdose have not been reported.

    The drug contains sugar (1.57 g in a lozenge) that must be considered in patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as persons on a low-calorie diet.

    Dosing and Administration:
    Adults and children older than 7 years to dissolve slowly in the mouth for 1 lozenge every 2 hours. The maximum daily dose – 10 lozenges. Recommended course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
